Shipping Policy

We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once processed, orders are dispatched from Auckland, New Zealand.

Delivery Timeframes

  • New Zealand: 2–5 business days
  • Australia: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Order Tracking

Tracking details are provided once your order is shipped. Customers must ensure correct shipping details are entered.

Delays & Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect information.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth purchasing experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of placing your order.  

After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

- Items must be returned in original packaging

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process an exchange for an item of equal value.

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

- The item is faulty or defective

- The item received is incorrect

Refunds are not provided for:

- Change of mind

- Incorrect product selection

- Fitment issues due to customer error

- Minor variations in finish, colour, or appearance

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or store credit will be provided

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

- Provide clear photos showing the issue and packaging

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in your claim being declined.

First-Time Customer Replacement Policy

As a gesture of goodwill, first-time customers may be eligible for a one-time replacement for damaged items without requiring a return.

This is:

- Limited to one occurrence per customer

- Subject to stock availability

- Offered at our discretion

If a direct replacement is not available, we may:

- Offer an alternative product of equal value, agreed upon with the customer, or  

- Provide store credit for the value of the item

Store credit is non-refundable and can be used on any future purchase.

This policy does not apply to repeat claims or misuse.
